Regular maintenance is essential for energy efficient operation. Manufacturers warranty requires proper maintenance be done on your equipment in order not to void the warranty. Ensuring proper upkeep by a qualified technician is crucial to preventing future issues.
* Single Family pricing above. If you have a 2flat building or greater, please call for correct pricing.
* Boilers not included in membership.
* All services will be performed during regular business hours ( M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm). There is an additional fee of $92.50 for service performed outside of normal business hours and to diagnose a unit that is inoperable at the time of service. The diagnostic fee will be waived if a repair is made during normal business hours.
* Overtime, holiday, and weekend diagnostic fee of $110.00 will be billed at regular rates and will be due at time of service.
